After several weeks waiting for re-registration under the FAA N-Registry, the second DA40 was ready to be ferried across to the State of Georgia, USA.
During this ferry, I have taken with me a colleague of mine, Chris Sokalski, to help him get familiar with North Atlantic crossings.
The weather has been very pleasing and the ferry went smootly all the way to destination in Dalton Municipal Airport (KDNN). Only experienced a bit of icing on our approach to Goose Bay (CYYR).
Mostly tail winds, which has been a very welcome change compared to previous ferries!
